Over the years, Bathurst RSL has worked to make their systems more efficient, with the help of Veridia. Here’s how we helped Miriam Muldoon, in her words:
“The way that Veridia stood out to me was their Replenishment Management system. This means that my rep, Steve, completes our stock take and ordering for us. He always knows what we use, what we need, and what we’re down on. It really saves me time and allows me to focus on the bigger problems at hand.
The replenishment management system includes usage reviews for efficiency, and Veridia always ensure that they work in with the budget I have.
Veridia has a great variety of high quality products, and if we ask for something new, Steve will try and find solutions according to our needs. He and the admin team are always quick to respond to our requests and they are prompt in the delivery of those solutions.
And if something isn’t possible to access, Steve will actually tell us, which is so important to me – the communication is great.
Just in general, Veridia staff are friendly and their service is consistent throughout the team – the delivery guys are exceptional. Also, the deliveries come from NSW’s Central West, which is perfect for us.”
