Veridia’s rep visits once a week. He’s very supportive with any technical issues and maintenance – if there’s any issue with equipment or urgent deliveries, he’ll come as soon as possible.
If we need compliance support and education that has to be done, he’s always here to help, and he knows what he’s talking about. We have confidence in their training.
