“We changed to Veridia because we had concerns about our previous contractor.
In the laundry, the loads were inconsistent; one would be too sudsy and another not clean enough. I actually found out there was no flush manifold in the laundry system. Instead, there was just a gravity feeder.
So, Veridia came in and sorted it all out for us and installed new equipment.
With the initial changes, there were some grumbles, as there always are – like “these chemicals don’t work the same as the old ones” – but now the change management is done, we’ve had no complaints about the efficacy of the products.

I especially like the par levels in Veridia’s ordering system – we don’t want to be overstocked or understocked, and the par levels prevent both.
