Your dedicated Veridia representative conducts stand-up interviews with members of your middle management and floor staff, to get their opinion on your facility’s performance against the Standards.
- Equipment and process testing
Our technical specialist organises and documents onsite checks of your cleaning equipment and procedures, including examples of maintenance schedules, service reports, and repair records.
- A compliance standards inspection
We provide an in-depth report of your facility’s hygiene compliance, delivering recommendations such as ‘install hand wash guides’ and ‘conduct additional laundry training’.
Photographic and written evidence from this research is collated into a self-assessment document, and you provide a self-rating for each outcome.
