Meet Jo Carruthers.
Together with her husband, she owns Riverina Wholesale Bakery. They’ve been running bakeries since they bought Lake Village Bakery five years ago. Due to Lake Village Bakery’s popularity, they outgrew its capacity and purchased Riverina Wholesale Bakery to supply local businesses. They currently supply baked goods to local IGAs, Foodworks, cafes and schools.
The next big target for Riverina Wholesale Bakery is working with bigger supermarkets.
