Jo is the Manager of Support Services at Wongaburra – a non-profit nursing home that serves the rural Beaudesert community in Queensland. The home prides itself in providing the highest levels of care and a sense of community for its residents.
Jo oversees the operations of the 128 bed home, including the processing of over 15000 kg of linen every month. She says that signing up to Veridia’s fixed fee supply package is one of the best things she’s done while working for Wongaburra.

The savings don’t stop there: “In our paper goods alone we’ve managed to save over $3000 per month.”
Jo wouldn’t look back.
“We’re very happy. The staff are happy. And that’s all that matters to me. If we keep the costs down, the boss is happy. If I don’t have to do as much work, I’m happy.”
